Initial Intake Session

Your first appointment focuses on getting to know you, understanding your concerns, reviewing your history, and discussing goals for counseling.
Individual Counseling
53 minutes
Ongoing counseling sessions provide a space to process challenges, build coping skills, work toward personal goals, and create meaningful change.
Extended Sessions
Available upon request for an additional fee
In some situations, longer sessions may be appropriate to address specific concerns or treatment needs. Please discuss availability with your provider.
Frequency of Services
Counseling frequency varies based on individual needs and goals. Many clients begin with weekly sessions and transition to biweekly or monthly appointments as progress is made.
