Katherine Cooper, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LMHC
Therapist/OwnerKatherine is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor providing telehealth services across Idaho, Illinois, North Dakota, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. Since beginning her clinical work in 2023, she has supported individuals navigating a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, and life transitions. Her approach to therapy is integrative, blending cognitive and somatic techniques to help clients better understand themselves, process experiences, and feel more connected in their daily lives. Katherine draws from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Experiencing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy, while always tailoring care to each individual’s unique needs and strengths.
Katherine is deeply committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all clients. She welcomes individuals of all identities and backgrounds and is LGBTQIA+ affirming in her practice. Her style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful growth happens through both insight and felt experience.

Rachel is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor with eight years of experience. She uses Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centered Therapy to serve clients ages 6 and above across the lifespan. She is DBT informed. And she is also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help clients work through specific traumas. She has experience in community mental health, and served the male prison population for 3 years. She has worked with both adult and juvenile Drug Court. And as a Christian therapist, she can also provide faith-based counseling for those who want to integrate their spiritual beliefs into their healing journey.
Rachel is deeply committed to creating a supportive and grounded therapeutic space where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered in their growth. She values meeting people where they are and believes healing happens through a collaborative process that honors each person’s strengths, lived experiences, and personal values.
